Kea Performing Arts recognises Te Tiriti o Waitangi as Aotearoa New Zealand’s founding document.

When your child becomes a member of, or participates in, Kea Performing Arts classes or shows, Kea Performing Arts will need to collect some personal information from you (or family/whānau of children).

It may also collect other information needed to perform its functions, or where required by law.

Personal information may include your contact details and any other personal information that you provide. For your children, this may also include health and or medical information.

Using personal information

Kea Performing Arts Ltd will never sell your personal information.

Employees, agents or contractors of Kea Performing Arts Ltd may have access to your child’s personal information to do their work. Their access to your personal information is limited to what is necessary.

In its day-to-day activities and operations, Kea Performing Arts may need:

• to amend records to remove or update personal information

• to access notes on a child’s medical / health background

• to use the information for other everyday business purposes that involve use of personal information

• to access information to comply with the law; or protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our members, or others.

Kea Performing Arts Ltd will keep all physical documents secure, both inside and outside its premises.

Note that Kea Performing Arts Ltd does use cloud computing services including, but not limited to, Classmanager.com, that may hold some of your (and your child’s) personal information. Where used, Kea Performing Arts Ltd will ensure that cloud computing solutions meet good practice security requirements.

We use Google Universal Analytics to collect statistical information about your visit to help us improve the website at www.keaperformingarts.co.nz. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It includes:

This site generates persistent session cookies (that is, they have an expiry date and are removed on that date) for the purpose of monitoring site usage.
